This 4 unit townhouse project was completed in November 2012 and it is situated on a corner site within two blocks of Beacon Avenue – the main shopping street in Sidney.
The major design parameter was to reinforce the urban quality of it’s proximity to Beacon Street while being sensitive to the single-family housing in the neighborhood.
The solution was to create a large living deck on the face of the unit that leads to the front door and a large window into the stairwell to engage the street .The site grading allowed us to lift the main floor
from the street providing a measure of privacy to the decks locating two car garages on the lower level . The realistic rendering below illustrates the office ability to create this type of presentation
